Who am I and what do I do?

Hello, friends! I'm Dakota, and I'm a massage therapist and Reiki Master and Teacher (Level 3B). I'm based in York, Pennsylvania, USA, and work at an amazing holistic wellness studio called Firefly Hollow Wellness Center.

My dreams and aspirations

I hope to become certified in forest bathing or shinrin-yoku within the next couple years and think that it's a perfect complement to what I already do. The name of this site "Peaceful Heart" comes from the Japanese 安心 which together translate variably to peace of mind, relief, lack of worry, or equanimity. I'm also a complete amateur when it comes to coding HTML and CSS, so keep on the lookout for changes and updates as I get improve. I'm also wholeheartedly against using AI and want to create a living, human corner on the internet here on Neocities. What you get here is the real me and my real thoughts. I hope to offer Reiki via email and additional resources to those who are interested.
